As a popular Christian speaker, Marchiano has traveled the globe addressing every imaginable venue from churches, universities, businesses, banquets, conferences… to prisons, high schools, stadium events… His message consistently centers on the person of Jesus—His heart, His love, His joy and goodness.
In portraying Jesus in Matthew, Marchiano's Christian faith went from a simple belief in Christ to a life-changing "encounter" with God's powerful reality. As a speaker, Marchiano typically shares that acting experience—the miracles of Jesus, the compassion, the cross… and the testimony of its significance. Through his speaking, Marchiano has witnessed hundreds of thousands of people come to Jesus as Savior and otherwise be overwhelmed by His love.
As the founder and president of Marchiano Ministries, Bruce is principally involved in the country of South Africa, speaking, building homes for the indigent, building churches, and providing entrepreneurial opportunities for the otherwise unemployed.
As a professional actor Marchiano has appeared in numerous television shows and independent films including Murder She Wrote, Colombo, L.A. Law, Days of Our Lives, The Girl on Green Street, Final Solution, The Legend of the Candy Cane, Out of Jerusalem, and Faith Happens. He also hosted the documentary special Millennial Madness and the recently released, Who is Jesus? and has appeared as a guest host on Canadian television's 100 Huntley Street.
Marchiano has been interviewed by numerous national and international television and radio programs as well as print publications including The 700 Club, COPE, Among Friends, Open House, 100 Huntley Street, Good Morning Texas, Home Life, Joy in the Journey, Point-of-View, American Family Radio, Midday Connection, Moody Broadcasting, and The Bible Answer Man.
To quote Marchiano, "I once separated myself for a time of seeking God, asking, 'What is my purpose, Father?' He revealed to me, 'Your purpose, the purpose for which I birthed you, is to share My Son with My people. To take advantage of every opportunity I place before you whether it be film, print, personal appearance... and give My people Jesus.'" Thus Marchiano's passion to bring Jesus to the screen in The Gospel According to John. Glory to Jesus!
